Objectives:
The
objective of the joint Diploma in Hypnotherapy/Master Degree
in Hypnotherapy or Clinical Hypnotherapy program (HK Stream)
is to assist those who wish to practice hypnotherapy to know
more about its basic theory of hypnosis and hypnotherapy,
and on hand practicing skills. The syllabuses are self-contained
to help those who wish to pursue an advanced study and practice
of clinical hypnotherapy.
Target
Groups
1)
People with no pervious training in hypnosis and / or hypnotherapy
who wishes to pursue an advanced study of clinical hypnotherapy.
2)
Holders of diploma in Hypnotherapy who wishes to pursue an
advanced study of hypnotherapy research or clinical management
in hypnotherapy no matter in clinical practice or business
module. The applicant
must provide a certified copy of diploma with course content
from an accredited institution.

task will be to produce, double line spaced, written in detail
of your practical sessions with clients. You recording report
which may include written recording, approach, theory and
Video Tapes /VCD /DVD recording of each session is a must.

Master's Thesis I/II/III (6/9 credits Total)
The
Master's Thesis prepared by the student in order to reflect
his/her own ideas and those of others in a clear, concise,
and effective fashion and correlation with hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
There must cover an area of interest to you within the field
of clinical hypnotherapy. It must explore and analyze the
literature you are reading as well as apply that information
to you in areas of your practice. The Thesis will be prepared
in the APA format (double-spaced with 1.0-inch margins and
following the APA format as noted in the APA Publication Manual,
5th ed.) and is 100 pages in length for THS001/002,
150 pages in length for THS001/002/003, excluding Table
of Contents, Bibliography, or Appendixes.

This
course is detailing the way that we choose to approach the
subject of past life regression.
The
clients’ belief system: Do a past life regression for “fun”.
Strategies will be discussed.
All
of the above modules are supervised by qualified Clinical
Hypnotherapist Examiner of the field and professional lecturers
for management subjects, e.g. assignment marking and email
discussion. All the teaching materials of hypnotherapy subjects
are designed by the Hong Kong Institute of Clinical Hypnosis
and management subjects by In-Com Link Management Associates
Ltd with copyright and accredited by West Coast University.
Students may not share these materials with others by any
means without the written consent of the Hong Kong Institute
of Clinical Hypnosis and In-Com Link Management Associates

applicants will be notified to send the following certified

Ltd). Photocopies of the below documents without certification
by appropriate authority will not be accepted.

Academic recognition:
The degree programs offered at WCU are widely recognized by
other schools. However, if a WCU graduate wishes to pursue
his/her education at any other university, he/she should first
ensure that the credits obtained at WCU will be transferred.
There are schools that are reluctant to accept credits obtained
at a distance learning school. In other cases, transfer of
credits is only partial. Accreditation and admission criteria
vary from university to university.
